We are seeking a Regional Sales and Operation Manager who possesses a deep understanding of the real estate, agricultural land, and agricultural and construction equipment industry, including market trends, prices, and the overall economy. Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales and Operational Manager will be responsible for overseeing the following:

Prospect and secure new clients:

· Identify and target potential clients in the real estate, agricultural land, and agricultural and construction equipment industries.

· Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.

· Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations to secure new clients. (Ability to close deals is essential)

· Utilize lead sources effectively to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

· Engage in proactive and timely communication with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.

Partner with team members and Pifer's agents:

· Collaborate with all team members and Pifer's agents to secure new clients.

· Foster a cooperative and supportive work environment.

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Pifer's Realty & Auction Services.

· Share market insights, trends, and best practices with colleagues.

· Organize and implement marketing strategies and budgets:

· Allocate budgets effectively to achieve maximum return on investment.

· Coordinate marketing efforts with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Prepare for auction sales:

· Plan and organize auction sales events, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination.

· Ensure all necessary documentation and legal requirements are met.

· Collaborate with the auction team to ensure smooth execution of auctions.

Represent Pifer's Realty & Auction:

· Attend local seminars, expos, presentations, social events, and charity events to represent Pifer's Realty & Auction.

· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

· Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the company's reputation.

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of the real estate, agricultural industry, and construction equipment industry, including market trends, prices, and the overall economy.

2. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate or auction industry.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

4. Ability to prospect and secure new clients effectively.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and computer literacy.

6. Willingness to obtain a Wisconsin real estate and auctioneer license (Pifer's will provide training and support).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
